Greatmail provides online, email and phone callback support. Please select the appropriate support option for your hosting plan or mailbox from the following three hosting platforms.

1. Basic Email Accounts

3. High Availability Email Hosting Plans

Administrators can find online support documents and setup guides in the administration panel by clicking on Customer Care/Support in the left side menu.
