Yes, Greatmail's shared cluster email and web hosting plans include two levels of backup. First, the raid array file servers include nightly mirrored disk backups. Second, the file servers are backed up monthly by tape at a remote location. Dedicated servers include mirrored disk backups. For an additional fee based on total gigabytes of storage, dedicated server clients may also purchase remote tape backups.
