By default, new email accounts have unlimited storage quotas. You may specify hard limits for accounts or leave accounts with unlimited storage quotas. To specify an account with unlimited storage, simply leave the quota value empty when you add or modify an account in the administration panel. Provided your users are downloading messages from the server and your total storage doesn't exceed your plan limit, you may not need to specify storage quotas. Generally, we recommend setting limits to prevent unused or unchecked accounts from using up your storage.
