There are no server limits for attachments meaning our servers will try to deliver messages with attachments of any size. Using client applications, however, you may be limited to restrictions in place by your ISP. In addition, our webmail application limits attachments to 10 MB per message. Generally, for attachments greater than 5 MB, you should use our FTP site included with your email hosting plan. For more information on connecting to the FTP server through FTP applications or the web based FileMan included in your administration panel, contact us.
