How do I view a message's internet headers or message source?

The steps below instruct you to view and copy a message's internet headers: Outlook Express - Open the message.
- Go to File/Properties.
- Click on the Details tab.
- Highlight and copy the message's internet headers.
Outlook - Right mouse click on the message as it is listed in your inbox.
- Select Options.
- Highlight and copy the message's internet headers.
Thunderbird - Open the message.
- Go to View/Message Source.
- Highlight and copy the message's internet headers.
