How do I modify an existing account in Microsoft Outlook Express?

- Open Outlook Express.
- Select Tools/Accounts (or Tools/Services).
- Click on the Mail tab, highlight your account and click on the Properties button.
- Click on the Servers tab.
- In the Server Information section, change the incoming and outgoing mail servers to: mail.greatmail.com
- In the Incoming Mail Server section, specify the Account Name as your email address, ie yname@yourdomain.com. Enter your account password in the password field.
- In the Outgoing Mail Server section, select the checkbox My server requires authentication.
- Click on the Apply button.
- Click on the Advanced tab.
- In the Server Port Numbers section, set the Outgoing mail SMTP port to 25.
- Click on the Apply button and then click OK.
- Your Outlook Express account should now be configured to send and receive messages.
