How do I increase the frequency Outlook checks for new mail?

To adjust the frequency at which Outlook Express checks the server for new messages:
1. Select Tools/Options.
2. Click on the General tab.
3. Enter a number for the minute(s) field.
4. Click the Apply button.
5. Click the OK button to close the dialog.
